Colton recently fulfilled the rigorous requirements to call himself a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) practitioner. His past experience working at Charles Schwab, as well as his heart for serving benefits our clients greatly. While he assists all of our clients nationwide, Colton is physically located in our Seymour, Indiana office.
Colton graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University and spent five years teaching high school social studies and coaching before he was drawn to the financial planning field. He discovered a passion for finance and planning during his time teaching and followed God’s call to a new career. Colton has worked at large financial services firms both in advisor and client service roles prior to joining the team.
Away from work, Colton loves spending time with his wife, Kati, and their two sons, Henry and Walker. His wife grew up in Jackson County, Indiana, and they decided to move back in 2018 to be closer to family. He enjoys being physically active, outdoors, and listening to a good podcast while doing so. Colton is a huge football fan and never likes to miss watching an Indianapolis Colts game.
