Trina founded her practice in 2002.
Trina loves teaching her clients the biblical truths about good stewardship and investing. Trina advises individuals in the area of biblically-based financial planning. She loves to walk with her clients on their financial and faith journey. She works with them to tailor a financial plan for their life and then walks with them through life to help them accomplish it. Trina loves to educate clients about how they can make a positive impact with their investments. When asked what is most exciting about her career, Trina often says, “When I am speaking with someone and I see the light come on!” Whether she is working with a group or an individual, she is most passionate about using her years of experience and knowledge to coach others. Trina also enjoys mentoring college students who are studying to become a financial advisor.
Trina holds a B.S. in Business with an Accounting major from Indiana University. She also completed her Master of Science degree in Personal Financial Planning. She has fulfilled the rigorous requirements to call herself a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, has earned the Master Planner Advanced Studies (MPAS®) designation, and is a Certified Kingdom Advisor (CKA®).
Trina also enjoys speaking with larger groups about aligning our hearts with God’s, especially when it comes to money. She is also an expert in retirement planning and values-based investing. Trina and her husband, Doug Hanner, have been married for over 30 years and have two children; Abilene, a registered nurse, and Emmitt, a mechanical engineer. Doug pastors Sunnyside Church in Kinnear, WY.
When Trina is out of the office, she enjoys playing music with her family. She also enjoys cooking, gardening, riding their horses, motorcycle trips on their Goldwing, playing with their herding dog, Johnny, and raising sheep on their ranch.
